Silvestre: Close To The End …
Sun: MIKAEL SILVESTRE is wanted by French club Bordeaux.
Their manager Laurent Blanc played alongside Silvestre, 29, at Manchester United.
He appeared in only 14 Premiership games for United last season and might be allowed to leave by Old Trafford boss Alex Ferguson.
The French international defender is not included in this season’s official United team photo.
He is aware of Bordeaux’s interest but would have to accept a cut in salary to complete the deal.
