Rossi: Decision Soon On Future …

Sky: Giuseppe Rossi’s agent has denied that a deal has been done to take his charge to Porto.

The Manchester United starlet is understood to be interesting the Portuguese giants along with Italian side Juvenuts.

Porto are believed to have secured an option as part of Anderson’s move to United, which gives them the chance to sign a player on loan from Old Trafford.

Rossi is believed to be the player The Dragons want, but his future will not be decided until after the European Under 21 Championships - where he will feature for Italy.

“Giuseppe will go and play in Holland and we will than assess things when he returns,” his agent Federico Pastorello told skysports.com.

Pastorello did deny having any talks with Porto and any other club about Rossi.

“Obviously I have read such things in the newspapers, but we have not talked with Porto or any club,” he said.

“We are not thinking about that at the moment, Giuseppe did very well with Parma and he is now going to play for Italy.

“Things will be discussed at United in July.”

Rossi himself has indicated that he would like to be playing regular first team football next season - following his excellent stint at Parma.

The youngster admitted he wants to be playing next term.

“I want to do well and then later go and speak with [Sir Alex] Ferguson and to know what he intends to do with me,” he told Ojogo.

“Then I will make a decision. I want club I will play with regularly.”
